Refund & Return Policy

Based on your specific requirements: 30-day window, undamaged/original box, buyer pays shipping both ways, 10% restocking fee.

Return Policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your bike (or item) must be:

  • Undamaged and in sellable condition.

  • In the original packaging (box and protective materials).

  • Complete with all accessories, manuals, and parts included.

If the item is returned damaged, without the original box, or with missing parts, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

Restocking Fee All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer "each way." This means:

  1. Original Shipping: Any shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable.

  2. Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Start a Return To start a return, you can contact us at ebikewholesaler@proton.me. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the 10% restocking fee and original shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
